National Public Health Week, Message 7: MA Behavioral Health Help Line

The Massachusetts Behavioral Health Help Line has trained specialists who connect individuals or families to the full range of comprehensive treatment services available to those suffering with mental health and/or substance abuse concerns. The individual(s) requesting services are given a “warm handoff”  (meaning while the requester is “on the phone”) to a provider who is available to work with the individual and provide the behavioral health support identified.  There is no charge and the service is available to anyone living in Massachusetts.

You can reach the help line at: Masshelpline.com or call/text 833-773-2445 (24/7).
