Design Review Board | Town of Harvard MA

The Design Review Board is a subcommittee of the Planning Board established in 2017 for the purpose of administering the Commercial Design Guidelines, which were also adopted in 2017. All development within the Commercial (C) zoning district meeting a threshold noted in Section 133-55, Applicability, of the Town of Harvard Bylaws, shall submit an application to the Design Review Board (DRB) according to the process established by the DRB. The following links shall provide applicants and prospective applicants all the necessary information needed to submit a formal application. As per Section 133-57, Procedures, of the Town Bylaws, applicants are required to submit an application to the DRB prior to any special permit, site plan, or building permit application.
